The crop growth stages, spray timings, and application counts provided by Sky Terra are approximate only and are intended as a general guide. These summaries must not be relied upon as agronomic, chemical, or crop-management advice.
All chemical applications must be based on the direction, recommendation, or prescription of a qualified agronomist, and Sky Terra will only operate in accordance with the agronomist’s written or verbal instructions. It is the grower’s responsibility to ensure that all recommendations comply with chemical labels, withholding periods, environmental requirements, and relevant regulations.
If a grower does not have an agronomist, Sky Terra can arrange a third-party agronomic recommendation upon request. This service is provided at an additional cost, and Sky Terra accepts no liability for the advice, accuracy, suitability, or outcomes of recommendations supplied by third-party providers.
Where a waiver or variation to standard agronomic recommendations is requested, such a waiver must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to any application being carried out. If a waiver is executed, the grower acknowledges and accepts that Sky Terra bears no liability—including but not limited to crop damage, yield loss, off-target impact, chemical inefficacy, or regulatory breach—arising from following the waiver or diverging from agronomist instructions.
By engaging Sky Terra’s services, the grower confirms that:
They have obtained, or will obtain, agronomic advice appropriate for the crop and conditions.
They accept full responsibility for the suitability and timing of any product applied.
Sky Terra’s role is limited exclusively to the aerial application of product as directed and does not extend to agronomic assessment, product choice, or decision-making unless a separate third-party recommendation has been formally arranged.
